Superior Rooms (4 Doubles & 1 Twin or Super King)

Prices Range from £40.00 - £50.00 per person per night

Standard Rooms (1 Double & 1 Single)

Prices Range from £35.00 to £45.00 per person per night

Suites & Family Rooms (Sleeping 3 & 4 persons)

Prices Range from £110.00 - £150 per room per night

For single night bookings at weekends in Peak Season (when available) a £15.00 supplement will be charged

Discounts available for bookings of 4 nights or more outside of peak season

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    All prices are per person per night and fully inclusive of a hearty English breakfast freshly prepared with local ingredients when available.

    Bookings
    To reserve a room, you will be required to provide valid card details (type, number, expiry date, issue number or a valid from date and the last 3 digits of the security code shown on the signature strip)

    Deposits
    We require a non-refundable deposit of the first nights accomodation charges with all bookings; the balance is then due on or before your day of departure. In the case of cancellation or request of change of a fully pre-paid reservation (for example a gift of accommodation) of 7 days or less from the booked date of arrival, the cost of the booking will be non refundable and not transferable to a future booking.

    Cancellations
    Cancellations of 7 days or less from the due date of arrival (28 days at Festival, Peak Season & New Year), the card provided will be charged with the balance of the cost of the stay.
    If all or part of a stay is cancelled after arrival, the full cost of the stay as booked will remain payable on departure.
    In the case of cancellation or request of change of a fully pre-paid reservation (for example a gift of accommodation) of 7 days or less from the booked date of arrival, if rooms are relet, the funds will be transferred to a future booking but If cancelled rooms are unlet, then the cost of the booking will be non refundable and not transferable to a future booking.

    Change of Room
    If the specific room reserved is rendered unusable via circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative room.

    As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the hotel (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
